This is essential for both Gio Renovations and our clients, we will give our professional opinion and several quotes dependent on our clients needs and expectations.
Construction Estimate
A time estimate is given based on the size of the job and a start date is determined.
During construction
Gio Renovations encourages our clients to be curious and express their thoughts during construction. We have found through our years of experience, designs may be changed on the fly to accommodate budget changes. Open communication is key to success and overall satisfaction !
The Finishing
Touches
Nearing the end a lot of fine detail work is usually done in this stage. Final walk throughs and Client concerns are met with professional and swift resolution.
